I hired Tim to install a new kitchen faucet and repair the “lip” or border of my indoor wood stair step. Tim arrived on time, came prepared with the necessary tools, went right to work, and did a meticulous job. These kinds of jobs actually begin before the service provider even arrives. Tim quickly responded to my initial inquiry. He communicated easily, answering my questions in a timely way and confirming logistics, thus enabling me to determine that he was the right person for the job. I will use Tim again and I recommend him highly.
