- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't like to offer standard rates. We prefer to take some time and meet with you, hear what your needs and concerns are, and put together a package that you'll be really happy with. Every facility has different challenges and we like to hear what they are for you and customize a solution that meets your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Facility assessment, collaboration and a "no surprise" quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are an IFMA member and a Leeds Certified organization.
