I’m dedicated to the craft of cooking as a language and a means of expression. I have recently taken an interest in adaptogenic ingredients, and how to skillfully incorporate them into delicious meals. I grew up eating a lot of peasant, or comfort foods, which instilled an appreciation for the value of shared meals. I love cooking for and teaching others to cook.

It was my first time hiring a chef and Catherine made the experience wonderful. She was super responsive and a pleasure to work with! I was initially unsure of the direction I wanted to go with for the menu, and she gave me great menu suggestions for our special night. Catherine made sure the menu was cohesive and well balanced. She was also super flexible with requested menu adjustments to fit our needs. She really made our Valentine’s Day special! Everything she made tasted amazing! I would definitely recommend her, you won’t be disappointed!!

I really enjoyed working with Catherine. she created a beautiful Fourth of July Barbecue with some great upscale additions. She was very easy to communicate with and the outcome was top notch! Highly recommend!

Catherine made an awesome dinner for a group of my friends for my birthday in January. We agreed on the menu; she had really cool ideas and suggestions. She even pointed us to the wine pairings. The brown butter gnochhi and the roasted duck were to die for, I still think about them:) everything was delicious!!!
