- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It really depends of the budget and the request of the customer!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In case of a personal Chef job: 1 - Meet them in person or by phone. 2 - Understand what they are looking for, what kind of food they want to eat, do they have a specific diet, etc. 3 - Go to their place and see the kitchen in order to define what we need to buy, food and even tools. 4 - Cook to their place for at least 4 hours and cook according to the requests: starters, main courses, etc. 5 - Put the food in box and put labels on the boxes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did a french cooking school of a 2-star Michelin Chef, Chef Thierry Marx. Then I was a Chef in a coffee shop for 4 months . And since this time I'm a freelancer cook.
