We invited Paolo to come and cook pizzas for us and a small group of friends. He came prepared with his home made dough and a simple array of ingredients. Paolo expertly prepared before us a combination of fresh herbs, fennel sausage, tomato sauce, mozzarella, all super tasty! Not only was the food authentic and amazing, Paolo's warm company was itself a wonderful addition to the evening. We can't wait to have to have him cook for us again, highly recommended!

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I'm friendly, for me cooking is a social and cultural practice. I want to share my knowledges and experiences with my customer (if she/he wants).

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My "mamma's" kitchen was my best school. And a lot of passion and study of the ingredients. You can taste the results.
