Jordan's approach to personal fitness makes him the ideal trainer. He is genuinely interested in people. He approaches his role as to that of a coach and not a drill sergeant. He is able to encourage outcomes without resorting to yelling, barking or demeaning and he emphasizes partnership over hierarchy. Further, he takes a wholistic view of his clients as people, striving to be mindful of the full range of their goals, and seeking to understand how their personal fitness goals fit into the larger package. He is also aware that exercise is only one part of a larger health and wellness effort and blends that awareness into a fuller program to increase successful outcomes.
