FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $150 per hour for individual sessions. I also offer session packages which work out slightly better value and help keep your training consistent, consistency is where results actually come from. No hidden fees. No lock in contracts. If you're not getting results we have a conversation about why and we adjust.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation, I want to understand your goals, your schedule, your history and what's worked or hasn't worked before. From there I do a movement assessment in our first session so I can see how your body actually moves before I write a single line of programming. Then I build a fully individualised plan around you specifically. Not a template, a program built for your body and your life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified personal trainer through Milo Education, the European equivalent of NASM, recognised across 28 countries, and a certified strength and conditioning coach through SCN Level 1 and 2. I've also completed specialist courses in biomechanics and programming, plyometrics and shoulder joint health & rehabilitation. On top of that I spent 12 years as a professional basketball player competing in Spain, the Netherlands and China including alongside NBA Hall of Famer Tracy McGrady. That playing career gives me a level of understanding about human performance that no certification program can teach.
