He really observes, is strategic about programming and listening to your weekly plans and energy levels and knows what works. In 6 weeks Max got me from total newbie, rather self-conscious and gym-shy to autonomous, going to the gym 3x per week and feeling confident. Still so much to learn, but I've now got what feels like really solid foundations. Max has an empathetic and didactic approach, if you like learning and have some healing to do, definitely try him out.
