Virtual training is a convenient and affordable way for you to access coaching on your smartphone or laptop instead of commuting to a facility. I provide live training, program design and communication/check-ins to answer your questions and keep you on track. I'm knowledgeable and experienced in several styles/methods of strength training as well as body weight exercise so whether or not you own equipment, I can lead you through effective workouts.
I can also guide you in martial arts and boxing training, if you have a punching bag or training partner. I've studied martial arts for over 25 years and I've been coaching and personal training for 16 years. I've trained fighters, bodybuilders, children, elderly, brides, police, soldiers, firefighters, correction officers and people who want to improve their physique and health. I also offer diet and nutrition guidance for fat loss and building muscle.
