- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As far as pricing goes, mine are some of the lowest in the industry for the amount of time, hard work, attention to detail and consistency that you get. I keep my prices moderately low so that I can afford my services to my own Urban Community as well as everyone else.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start everyone with an assessment. I carefully study their voice and write out a two page evaluation of their voice, outlining both strengths and weaknesses. I classify their voice and make note of their range ....from what note to what note. I then choose exercises to strengthen every area of weakness.
