Introduction: Liz LeFrois is a leader, motivator, teacher, but first and foremost a student. She does private training and small group training in strength, Pilates and kickboxing. Liz became one of Lululemon Athletica Soho's ambassadors in June 2010. She is proud to be an inspiration to people representing health of the mind and body. Originally from Rochester, NY, Liz moved to NYC after completing her bachelor of fine arts in dance with a concentration in exercise physiology from Suny College at Brockport. Along with her college degree, Liz also is an ACE-certified personal trainer. Her other certifications include PIA Pilates, Linda Fit Pilates, Wharton Active Isolated Stretch, CPR, Kettle Bells, Pre-Post natal and 30/60/90. Liz is also a master instructor for Ilaria Montgnani's signature classes Impact! and Powerstrike! Liz always brings energy and excitment to her classes, but is also a form fanatic. The more efficient and self aware you are of your body, the more benefit you get from your exercise. You can always find Liz training hard in her fellow instructors classes, workshops or down at Anderson's Martial Arts in Soho training hard in her MMA classes. She also trains privately at Andersons with Si Hing Phil Cruz. ___________________________________

Liz is a motivator; she inspires and encourages you to do things your mind is telling your body you can't do. But you don't listen to your mind when you're in Liz's class. When she tells you only 8 more reps, you can bust out 8 more. Because if you don't, not only are you letting yourself down, you're letting Liz down. I've been attending Liz's classes twice a week for almost a year and half now. I thought I was in shape before, but I'm in the best shape of my life now. While I thought I was confident before, taking her Impact! class has thrown me into the uber-confident zone. There is nothing you cannot do when you take those boxing gloves off after class. While you may be in a class of 30 people, she gives each person that individualized attention essential to ensuring proper form throughout each exercise. Not everyone is going to be at the same fitness level, and Liz makes that effort to modify moves for those from beginner to advanced. Liz's classes are challenging, but her sense of humor and insanely positive spirit, make any workout with her fun. And you will get results!
