Raja is a great guy to work with. Super nice and understanding, and had a great price. He replaced two rusted steel lintels on the front windows of my building and also repointed the bricks from the windows up to the roof. And he did it all in one day!

I'm the managing agent for the condo building I'm living in. Some owners complained that their units were suffering from leaks and rain water causing damage whenever there is strong wind and heavy rain. We decided to hire a leak inspector to determine the source of the leak. After the inspection, we were told that the outer walls of the building was not built as well as it should be and there are some cracks that allow water to go through and entered the units. We asked the inspector for recommendation on how to fix this problem. He suggested that either we could break down and rebuild the entire outer walls or apply water proof material to alleviate the leak problem. Then we asked for a contractor recommendation and he referred us to rose roofing and waterproofing ,for the repair work.
Raja, the owner of rose roofing and waterproofing , was quick to respond to our inquiry and came to the building to access the site. He provided us with a very reasonable proposal to do the repair work. Since we are a condo building, approval from the owners were needed. Mohammad was extremely patient with us and after several months of owners review, the repair proposal was eventually approved. The repair work itself was done in about a week's time and the crew members were very efficient. We highly recommend raja for any roof/wall repair projects.

Okay let me preface this with some background info. My roof hadn't been upgraded in over 35 years and we were battling leaks almost every rain storm. We knew we needed a new roof asap but the pricing we were getting from every roofing company was a little out of reach for us. So we were resolved to patch up the areas every now and again, and it would usually hold for a year or so, until we had to deal with more leaks and water damage. We were doing this for several years.
Then we met with raja and Rose roofing and waterproofing
He took a look and assessed the damage. We knew it wouldn't be pretty because we were patching for years and were fearful he was going to charge as high as all the other roof contractors. He quoted us a price.
Every other company we called for estimates was almost double what raja quoted us. And he wrote up a contract in which he clearly outlined the materials he would use, including replacement and repair of all areas of wood rot and water damage, then laying down a new roof.
His 18 guy crew were up there working non-stop all day long for almost a week. We could hear them hammering, and blowtorching all day long.
They finished the job. Then came the test. We had several days of unrelenting down pouring rain, pummeling our new roof. Not a single drop entered the house.Fantastic job at an amazing price. It was just about half of what other companies wanted to charge, including a warranty guaranteeing his work. I am incredibly impressed. My experience with this roofing company was great.
