It was informative without being overwhelming, and she made sure we all had fun with it. She even surprised us with a dessert wine that was a total hit. It felt like a proper party, not just a tasting. If you're looking to host a wine-themed party or even just dive deeper into natural wines, I can't recommend Dani enough. I’d recommend Rocco 1000x times over. He provided so much knowledge and charm to my wine tasting event. His sense of humor and ability to work the crowd was amazing. Not only did my guests leave with new knowledge about wine, they were thoroughly entertained and pleased with Rocco’s presentation. The wines are also delicious and very generously poured. His punctuality and communication leading up to my event was also commendable. An amazing sommelier!

Punctual beyond belief, great responsiveness on the day I reached out, and continually great communication, Ilana was an easy choice for a sommelier for my girlfriend's birthday party. With all that positivity before the event, it was no surprise that Ilana gave the party great pairings for our coursed birthday dinner, worked well with me on the menu, and every guest loved her humorous, fun take on wine, Greek wine making, and stories of lore and legend. I would ABSOLUTELY work with Ilana in the future, such a great value!
