I had very little hope that my windows could be salvaged. They looked like they haven't been cleaned in 100 years and sadly the building management refused to arrange the cleaning. Luckily, I found Freddy who cleaned everything extremely well both inside and outside; he knew how to handle the fire escape outside one window and the AC installed in the other, etc. Freddy is a godsend! Highly recommend.
