Christie is an amazing yoga teacher! She is so helpful and knowledgeable and she did an amazing job breaking down all the complexities of yoga in a clear and easy to grasp manner. Christie has been really attentive with me as I begin my yoga journey and has really met me at my level. She approaches her classes and teachings with both the ability to aid people with corrections that feel right but also leaves room for the yoga student to make the poses their own. Incredible!
