Introduction: My work is unique in that I allow for multiple modalities to be explored. Reiki and energy work is the basis for the session. Depending on what is called for, we might explore our breath, connecting to positive affirmations or a guided meditation to truly heal the root of the symptoms. I use shamanic practices in every session, connecting to a sacred altar as well as burning various herbs for healing and connecting with spirit.
I love helping others help themselves. I love seeing the evolution of a clients transformation. When you heal I heal and that is a win win situation for everybody!
