I tried out a free workout, and it was a good 30 min. circuit training workout. Nothing I had done before, so I signed up to start next Month for 2 days a week. I am looking forward to do something new, and to burn more calories to lose weight.
Anne is providing my elderly mother with an excercise and stability program to help her with mobility and to prevent falls - some home sessions, and some sessions at Anne's facility. Anne is great with my Mom - very kind, professional, and respectful, and my Mom enjoys talking to Anne as they work together. Anne is enthusiastic and positive, and treats my Mom with an excellent balance of motivation and praise. She is always responsive to calls and emails, and goes out of her way to provide the best service and scheduling. Anne's training and range of expertise is evident - recently, a young man was preparing for his session as my senior Mom was leaving.
I spoke to Ashley on a Tuesday, she was able to meet with me on that Thursday and had me training the following week! I like training with Ashley because she's incredibly knowledgeable and personable. She's does not limit her service to just exercise either; Ashley was able to guide me with my eating habits and tweak them where I needed it most. She also offers writing out an exercise regimen on days away from Tailored Fitness if you're lost in the gym. I started training with Ashley for police agility tests. I can already see improvements, i.e. I could barely do push ups when I started in December, now I can! And I enjoy the semi-private option. It's cost effective and fun! Everyone you meet is super friendly.
Great one on one training sessions. Definitely feel my strength and endurance has improved and there is a high priority placed on correct form which I have an appreciation for as an AD military physician. Highly recommend if you are looking to improve your physical fitness in an efficient and effective manner.
I've been working with Nick since October. I finally feel like my workouts are making a difference! Nick designs programs that are managable yet challenging. He is knowledgable about how the body works. If an injury has occurred he designs his programs to strengthen weak areas and work toward optimal health. He monitors your progress and has a keen eye to notice even the slightest flaw in form. He corrects the flaws to ensure maximum benefit from the exercise. He clearly has a passion for his work. Training with Nick has been one of the best decisions I've made for my health. I highly recommend it!!
I have been going to Bob Alessi Personal Training for over four years, and have been well satisfied over that time. Some of the factors for why I have stayed with Bob include his personalization of the workout, his knowledge of the body and nutrition, and his ability to motivate me. As for persoanlization, I have noticed all types in his large workout facility - male/female, oveweight to fit, old/young, quiet to outgoing - and he seems to have a results oriented and personalized approach to everybody. He has a winning personality that is approachable and friendly, yet seriously focused on you geting the results that you want - be it weight loss, muscle enhancement, or physical rehab. I saw Jericho for weight loss, we had a comfortable meeting to discuss terms and pricing, which i found to be exceedingly reasonable. He is super knowledgeable about everything with your body. He is very light hearted and funny but at the same time is serious, and motivates you. He advises you on on every aspect to make you truly get the results that you desire. He provides a diet plan for you and tips that you can do to improve your results. My experience with him has been Priceless because it taught me how to become healthy and stay healthy. He boosts your self esteem and uplifts you so that you can be the best you that you could be. in my brief time with him (i moved far away) i lost 20 pounds (within 2months). No one can get you results better than he can. In my opinion he should be the only one you go to if you live in that area. He also provides other services like body building and training. He's wonderful.
I've been working with Tim as my trainer since mid-November (2013). I'm seeing consistent improvement in my strength and over all fitness. His workouts are customized and continually changing. He pushes you but so subtly that you don't notice until your work out is done and your tired. It's been a very positive experience! I have recommended him to friends!
