- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fairly simple. I have 2 different hourly rates, in shop\remote and On Site, on site has a 1 hour minimum, while in shop\remote is 30 minutes minimum. There are also various fixed price items such as in shop\remote virus removal ($65). "Projects" can be discussed and negotiated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Google and Microsoft are my friends! I am also a Microsoft Certified Partner.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Honestly, While in the US Navy I wanted to learn how to play Arnold Palmer Golf on a PC. Funny part is now that computers are my profession, I do VERY LITTLE gaming, and no golf!
