My 9 year old daughter is having such a positive experience taking piano lessons from ‘Mr. JT’ - He makes learning the piano FUN (so important for children) ! She has learned so much after just a few months of lessons and remains excited to practice, learn the theory behind music, and loves trying to figure out how to play her favorite songs! Having myself taken years of lessons as a child, I remember the day I got to the point when my teacher told my mom that he had taken me as far as he could and how disappointed I was. I appreciate that as my daughter improves her playing skills, she can stay with the same teacher who has so much to offer since he plays at a professional level. Exceptional!

We’re so happy with the way that Performing Arts has worked with us so far. They were prompt in responding to our initial request to find a voice coach, as well as being easy to communicate with, and quick service n scheduling the initial lesson. They also worked with us to come up with a payment plan that works within our budget. Our granddaughter is so excited about starting her voice lessons at Performing Arts! Thanks Thumbtack! 😃

I was searching for a vocal coach with specific qualifications and I found her through Reverb Lessons. The website is easy to use and has many functional tools to assist the learning experience. The site professionals are very helpful and attentive to questions and concerns. Without its help I would still be searching for a vocal coach or overpaying for one that is not ideal. Thank you Reverb lessons!

My son started lessons with Nick 4 years ago. Nick has instilled a love of music in my son. He looks forward to his drum lessons every week and wants to be a "drummer" like his teacher when he grows up. Nick is always kind, patient and encouraging. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in playing drums.

I am a state-certified music teacher in New York looking for music students of all ages this summer. I have my bachelor's degree in music education from Houghton College, and my primary instrument is the French horn. I have one year of teaching experience in public, private, and studio settings. Let's make music!

I have been playing guitar for about 13 years. My goal is to help others develop this skill and have fun while learning.

I began taking lessons myself 40 years ago in a public school. It was quickly obvious that I needed to take private lessons and my father took me to meet Jimmy at Edwin's music store in Buffalo NY. I continued to play and take lessons both privately and through school right through Buffalo State. I have studied with many and learned from them all! 33 years ago, I began to play out in the WNY area and have played with some of Buffalo's best musicians in some of the best venues and studios. I take this 40 years of experience, and pass it along to my students.

Fewer students make the lessons more personal and results are instant. Experience with beginner, and advanced guitarists allows me to teach an individual in a way they can understand thoroughly. My lessons and teaching strategies tend to spark excitement and a sense of accomplishment that lasts a lifetime.
