- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a flat monthly tuition rate from September through June. Summer sessions have a flat fee based on the number of lessons selected. Current tuition : $800 September through June Payable in 2 installments of $400 4 installments of $200 or 10 monthly payments of $80 due the 28th of the month for the following month. Tuition includes all books and materials, access to Piano Maestro, and recital fees. Sibling discounts are offered. Summer term: 4 lessons $80; 5 lessons $100; 6 lessons $115 Flex scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance and Music Education, and a Masters Degree in Piano Performance from SUNY Fredonia as well as additional training in Piano Pedagogy and Voice at Westminster Choir College. I have studied with Edgar Roberts (Juilliard prep), Peter J Mancuso, T Richard Patterson, and Phyllis East. Attended and performed in master classes with Vladimir Feltsman, Glenn Gould, Gustav Leonhardt ( harpsichord), and Martin Katz ( accompanying). I continue to perform locally both on piano, in pit orchestras, and direct musical theater.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started playing piano and singing when I was 4 years old. By the time I was 8, I knew that music was my passion.
