Anne is a great trainer. She puts up with all my whining with a smile and does not let me get away with my trying to ease up on my workouts. However, she keeps a close eye and when she sees that I am breaking form and struggling for real, she revises the reps or workout as appropriate. She has tailored my workouts for my goals and each workout is different which has prevented boredom.
Warren is friendly & professional. He has customized my workouts so they are difficult enough but not too difficult. I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

We started working with Nick in May of 2011. On our first meeting he struck us as knowledgeable, personable, and attentive to our goals. We both had some sports related injuries and Nick has always been good about modifying workouts as needed to avoid further injury, but continues to push us to strengthen those weak areas. As our fitness goals have changed and evolved Nick has always stepped up to the challenge of making the workouts increasingly challenging to maximize our gains. Nick then introduced us to Aaron who we began working with in the fall of 2011. Aaron brings a lot of energy and fun into the workouts and its clear he loves challenging himself and others to achieve their goals. We cannot say enough good things about these two. Their training knowledge, education, and attention to form and detail make them excellent trainers and their positive attitudes and enthusiasm provide great motivation for great workouts. Jaime is a charming, warm human being who excels at her occupation. She is compassionate and understanding, intelligent and informative, with an incredible passion for fitness. A very experienced and skilled professional who has EFFECTIVE ways of using your time SAFELY and EFFICIENTLY. I first visited the studio 4 months ago; a private well lit setting with sufficient equipment, mats, mirrors, benches and collection of free weights and barbells. I became a client and have been back every week since. Jaime evaluates your ability and trains progressively with what seems to be an endless collection of interesting calisthenics, including weights, bands, ropes and kettle bells. With Jaimes guidance I get a really great work out, and have much improved my flexibility, balance and strength. Jamie has a wonderful attitude that takes the work out of exercise making all of it FUN and INTERESTING. I would recommend BUILT FOR LIFE to anyone wanting to improve his or her overall health and fitness level. I know Ill be back.
My experience has been amazing. They use full body workouts to build strength and improve cardio. I have only been using them for 1 month but in that time I have dropped 3.2 pounds of fat and turned it into lean muscle, shedded around 4-5 total inches around my body and also dropped my BMI by 1.5% all in 1 month. They push you and get you to do things that you would not do or try on your own. My body hurts so good and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for all the help guys.
