- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for photography can be from time to time, intimidating. My goal is to provide outstanding quality, regardless of the price. I will work with you and find a middle ground that you're comfortable with and I am comfortable with. I provide value; and I want you to return in the future.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication, communication, communication...This is the ultimate process. I will constant communication with you. On top of this, I also take the time to explain the process. There is so much that goes into photography; that sometimes, it can be overwhelming...I will explain every step of the way as we go.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have the opportunity to work with non-profit organizations to everyday professional. Including families as well.
