- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A brief phone consult outlining current state of home or space along with goals and then an in-home walk through before we start sessions discussing everything once again now that I’ve seen the place along with an “agenda” for each session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I’m a trained Konmari consultant trained in the Konmari method of tidying and organizing your home.
