THEY ARE THE BEST. I hired Giggles and Wiggles Face Painting for my graduation event. This was a college graduation for my Master's degree (I am 24) and I wanted a fun factor that would really enhance the celebration. I was worried at first that this would be a juvenile element but boy, was I wrong! There were about 45 adults and only one 4 year old, but this was a hit! Johanna and Sheila worked with me the entire time with planning the event. They were very attentive and VERY PROFESSIONAL. I had to reschedule my event and they were EXTREMELY FLEXIBLE in assisting me. They were punctual and brought a poster with ideas for BOTH children and adults and they even included balloon artistry (which to my surprise the adults REALLY enjoyed)! Johanna is an wonderful person. Not only is she an incredible artist but she has an AMAZING personality. I felt like she was family. She is incredibly outgoing and she interacts with everyone and gets everyone involved. Furthermore, she is extremely passionate about her work and even recommended a design and hair paint that worked so well with me! She is so sweet. She even let my brother who has autism wear her clown hat the whole night. Needless to say, she's a very kindhearted person. The balloon artist is also incredibly talented with his art. I was really impressed at how he got the adults to enjoy and play with the balloons. At one point, everyone was sword fighting and walking imaginary dogs, and these were are adults in their 40's and 50's! Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better night and I really owe it to the face painters because they are who tied the party together and really made it a blast. They went above and beyond with their work! I definitely recommend their services and I will be using them again in the future for a glow in the dark Halloween party! (Also, the paint is of high quality. I was sweating and it stayed on nicely and when it was time to take it off, it comes off easily with soap and water, so no scrubbing.)

We had a small wedding celebration catered by DeCicco and Sons and it was a great experience from beginning to end. From the first text I received with a quote it was clear that they are incredibly professional and easy to communicate with. On top of the great customer service the food was very delicious and everyone raved about the taste and how well they accommodated for dietary restrictions. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and am so happy we found them through thumbtack.

Ana did a spectacular job managing our son's 3rd birthday party. We did a peppa pig themed party and she was very accommodating with all of our requests, made the process seamless and the end result was stunning. All our guests commented on how beautiful the decor was and Ana and her team were extremely professional with every aspect of planning the party. We would seriously consider hiring her again for our next event.

We could not have asked for a better experience. Tyler was extremely attentive prior to our event and fielded my (many) questions with diligence and patience. The day of event, he went above and beyond all expectations. He went so far as to bring little signs, candles and flower petals to make the dessert arrangement more beautiful than I could have imagined. Him and Josh, the second bartender, were incredibly personable with our guests and made sure everyone was happy and taken care of. HighLife takes absolutely all of the stress out of planning a big party at a very reasonable price. I would recommend Tyler and his team to anyone.

Peter and his team did a fantastic job. He responded quickly to all of my messages and accommodated every request I made. He proposed a great menu and took my suggestions for additions, and was very attentive to all the details. The day of the event was a breeze and the food was delicious and looked dry impressive. Regina and her team were amazing! She catered a Bridal shower for me along with 5 other bridesmaid and the brides mom so you can imagine the amount of questions and wants we had! Regina was so patient and quick to respond. The day of was a gloomy day in NY with a race going on in the area but they delivered our vision beautifully!! And everyone loved the food and decor!! On March 18th Knights of Columbus in Edison NJ we had our sons 1st birthday party . We went with Designs by Deb. We absolutely Loved the centerpieces, and the ballon arch , matching linens and napkins. we had a mickey mouse theme. Deb and her team did an awesome job everyone talked about it and complimented on how beautiful it was. Thanks Deb for making my sons birthday party so great.

Brittney has been an invaluable resource and advisor during our entire planning process. I threw a catered birthday party, and upon signing up with Thumbtack, Brooklyn Kitchen got back to me in the hour. Throughout the entire process, their responsiveness was always immediate and thorough, anytime I had a question, and we were even able to set up a call to discuss the catering. The luckiest part to have a good wedding is to find the right wedding planner. Ani is the one that you cannot miss. A good friend can try to assist you for the day and the plan, but sometimes more help or ideas you get and the busier you get because most people do not know about a wedding. Ani is the one who will turn to be your best friend and think in your shoes, at the same time, she knows what she’s doing and making everything goes as smooth as you can imagine. Ani is smart, sharp, calm, warm-hearted, and sweet. She gives you the peaceful mind that nothing will go wrong because she’s around to help you all she can. She gets things done and is always on top of her game. She’s punctuate and professional. She’s also creative to make your wedding unique and special. She’s flexible for anything you ask for the wedding. So many things could go out of expectations. And there you have Ani who comes the earliest and leaves the latest. She’s willing to listen and cover all the holes. She’s a great communicator. No matter the priest, or a huge wedding party or vendors, girls or kids, everyone loves Ani. She’s very patient. You just love her and thank God she’s there for you. She cheers for you and feels every moment of your big day. If you picture your wedding like all the movies full of romance and fairy tales, then you must have a wedding planner, you must have Ani. Because the real wedding is like a war, you have many things to do but you cannot do on your own, you don’t get enough sleep, you cannot have enough time talk to everyone you want to, there is so much crisis you have to deal with, you plan so well but everything still goes wrong. People could easier get frustrated and even a nervous breakdown for the mixed emotions of the wedding day, happiness, sadness, or you are touched, or you miss the people who cannot be there to share. The wedding day is hard, as beautiful as it could be, but I learned the lesson from my engagement party that I will have a wedding planner for my party. A year and half of preparation for this big day, it has to be perfect. Then, I have Ani and I am so thrilled I found her, she contributed so much to my perfect day. I walked into the reception and everything was exactly I wanted. She just knows, without too much explanation, without the back and forth. If you want to have regrets and more enjoyment for the biggest day of your life, then contact Ani. Her value is priceless.

Trisha and her team were exceptional. She and her team helped me decorate the dessert table, set-up all of the food and prep the bar. We had our first-ever house party with 50 guests and Trisha and her team helped keep the party going and flowing. No one was without a drink in their hand and the team helped clean up throughout the evening. I highly recommend them and can't wait to book them for another party at my house.

First off ours wasn't a typical event. My son was married last year in Seattle and this was the NJ celebration for all those who couldn't make the trip. Second, I contacted Marcia exactly a month prior to the date. Not much time at all. And I had never worked with a planner before so I wasn't sure what to expect. Third, other than centerpieces and favors they had no clue what they wanted and Marcia helped me pull ideas together. The number of changes that took place in the last 5 days alone - people dropping out, people deciding to attend, a change of the entire floor plan which meant moving the DJ and changing table numbers - was making me crazy but she kept telling me it would be ok. On the day of while setting up our wine bottle centerpieces she realized we hadn't sent enough flowers and still managed to improvise and make everything beatiful. Because they wanted open seating I wanted to reserve 6 tables for family. She not only greeted all our guests (because we were arriving later) but also managed to pull off the reserved tables with a list of names to seat at those tables. When we arrived everything was perfect, everyone loved it. I was able to just enjoy our friends and family and have a good time celebrating without any worries. When the party was ending she and Amanda were very quickly breaking down and packing up everything that would come back to me. This review was long because I wanted to get across how much she did in just one month. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a party planner, wedding planner, decorator. You'll be happy you did.

I consulted with Decorum L'affair for my wedding and I was so pleased with the professionalism and quality of the work provided. My planner listened to all of my ideas, recommended affordable alternatives, and brought my vision for my special day to life in such a simple, yet romantic way. One thing that I loved the most about working with this company is that they are detail-oriented and well prepared. No stone goes unturned when it comes to their planning efforts for your party. Additionally, my planner was punctual and dependable. On the day of my wedding I didn't have to worry about anything except showing up to the venue. May I begin by saying this lady right here does it all . Not only does she organize parties, she bakes , decorates , and she is also a MC. She literally made my baby shower worth wild within a budget . She isn’t money hungry at all . I told her what my budget was, gave her my ideas, she also added her own ideas which was great and of course since I had pregnancy brain at the time her input was beyond helpful . I don’t normally believe in party planners because I always have that “ I can do it myself “ attitude but when your actually sitting down and trying to get your thoughts together and u just have a brain fart, you become discouraged and then have that” I don’t even wanna have this event anymore “ you need someone like Dawn who keeps you stress free at all times .
