We hired Trisha & her team as our Day-Of coordinator and she far exceeded our expectations. She took on such an integral role in reaching out to vendors, helping or vision come to life, etc. We truly do not think our planning & wedding would have been as successful and stress-free as it was if it were not for her and her team. Her communication was AMAZING every step of the way which is so important. She listened to us and gave us great advice. Could not ask for a better coordinator. 100/10 recommend!

We requested Trisha’s help late in our wedding planning process, but she hit the ground running to catch us up to where we needed to be. She held our hands every step of the way, guiding us and even pushing us when needed. On the day of, Jamaal was an incredible planner of the day. The result was a perfect wedding day with the most beautiful décor and organized people. I wasnt worried about anything on the actual day and I’m the groom! Our biggest regret was not contacting her sooner. Thank you so much Trisha. You are amazing.

Trisha was a life saver. My husband and I were absolutely in awe with how above and beyond she went in the months leading up to the wedding, and the day of came together nearly perfectly. Multiple guests described the wedding as the “best they had ever been to”, and knowing how many different vendors and items we had to coordinate, we owe a lot of that to Trisha. She scheduled meetings with vendors, provided tons of product and vendor recommendations, and coordinated setup and cleanup among many other tasks. We had a lot of moving parts the week of the big day, and she was able to set me at ease for the portions that I could not supervise myself. We were able to actually let go and enjoy the day thanks to Trisha, which was very important to my husband and I. Highly recommend using her. 100% worth allocating a portion of our limited budget to her planning services.

Trisha of Xclusive Services helped me plan my wedding in just about 4 months, starting from scratch. She helped me find the perfect venue, contacted all the vendors and took the lead on design and decor. Trisha is professional and friendly when communicating and her response time is quick. She was very organized and created a detailed timeline that eliminated much of the stress when planning a wedding. I was able to stay on schedule and feel as though things were being done in a timely manner. The decor for the wedding, (both ceremony and reception was stunning and I received so many compliments from my guests.) I highly recommend Trisha for any of your event planning needs!

My pricing is customized to your budget and event needs. I have a structure in place that either is priced per hour or flat rate for the entire project. I certainly have no issue working through pricing with any of my prospective clients as my priority is customer service and ensuring you have a very memorable, successful event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A consultation is NEEDED prior to taking on any project. Please reach out to schedule one to receive a proper estimate.
