for straight service I have a flat hourly rate. With cake and food service it will depend on the individual event and the menu they choose as well as their budget

Finding their likes and dislikes, their budget and overall plan for their event

numerous years of hands on catering work. Cake designing and decorating

Have had a passion for cooking for a very young age. I love food and eating and sharing my passion with others

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
catering a new years eve party for 30 plus people. It consisted of appetizers and desserts with drinks both alcoholic and non. I catered as well as served this party. It was done over a period of days planning the menu then executing the menu as well as set up service and breakdown
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
To know what you want but keep an open mind to suggestions. Keeping it simple yet elegant and definitely stress free.

Their overall theme and what foods will please them and their guests the most
