This diverse background has equipped me with a profound understanding of human performance across a wide spectrum of demands. I hold a Master's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Florida, complementing my practical experience with advanced academic knowledge in the science of human movement. Watson is very focused and creative with an excellent understanding of what a body needs. But the best part of working with him is he really understood not only what I needed but how to motivate me to do it. He really tuned in at every session and was incredibly present. He often used different modalities that kept the training fresh.

Watson was one of the best trainers that I’ve ever had. He has a huge array of fitness moves, so each session was different from week to week which kept things interesting for me. Additionally and most importantly, he tailored my workouts to increase my golf swing power…I recently won longest drive at two golf tournaments!! I highly recommend Watson as a trainer

I have had a lifetime of knee and back issues. Watson evaluated my range of movement and flexibility. He was able to provide a training regimen that was not only pain free, but I was able to build strength in my trouble areas that other trainers avoided. I highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Watson! He is one of the best trainers I have ever had. He recently moved away from Boston, and Glen Cove is so lucky to have him! I will miss working out with him, as I always had a great time in our sessions. He made me feel like I could lift more and push myself in a safe space. You will have a great time with him and won't regret working with him. He helped me build muscle and lose weight while having fun. He's so talented at tailoring his workouts.
