Furthermore, I had the distinct honor of serving as a Tactical Strength and Conditioning Coach at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Tacoma, WA, where I developed and implemented programs for the U.S. Army. This diverse background has equipped me with a profound understanding of human performance across a wide spectrum of demands. I hold a Master's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Florida, complementing my practical experience with advanced academic knowledge in the science of human movement. Beyond my coaching roles, I continue to apply these principles in my own life as a semi-professional soccer player. I am ready to partner with you to achieve your aspirations. I highly recommend Watson! He is one of the best trainers I have ever had. He recently moved away from Boston, and Glen Cove is so lucky to have him! I will miss working out with him, as I always had a great time in our sessions. He made me feel like I could lift more and push myself in a safe space. You will have a great time with him and won't regret working with him. He helped me build muscle and lose weight while having fun. He's so talented at tailoring his workouts.

I've worked with Watson for almost a year and can't say enough good things about the experience. Watson goes above and beyond with his workout plans and is always looking for new equipment (OVR) to tailor your science based workout plan.
