Although the cleaning quality is high, unfortunately, the staff is very rough. During all three visits, they broke something. At first, Lili was very apologetic, and offered to pay for the damages. But after the final visit, she insisted that they were very careful, and my things are just "old". Lili does not like to stay the entire time to supervise. Sadly, I've had to sever our working relationship.
