Introduction: I am a head chef and proprietor and have been in the field with over 40 years' experience. I provide all the necessary ingredients to operate a successful, full-service restaurant. I handle the menu planning, wedding and party planning for small and large functions. I enjoy marketing and building a strong kitchen and floor staff.
My services include dinning accomadations for 95 guests, functions in house for up to 66 guests, off-premise catering services for private and corporate accounts, up to 700 guests.
