I handle the menu planning, wedding and party planning for small and large functions. I enjoy marketing and building a strong kitchen and floor staff. My services include dinning accomadations for 95 guests, functions in house for up to 66 guests, off-premise catering services for private and corporate accounts, up to 700 guests.
