- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not only do I take continuing education. I am a Continuing Education Provider for other trainers through the American Council on Exercise. I also run continuing education events that provide education from top industry professionals and provide CEC/CEU credits for multiple organizations.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Each client/trainer relationship is unique. One of the most overlooked factors in choosing a trainer is the "personality match". While credentials are essential for differentiating trainers and your needs, it's most beneficial for the trainer and client to "get" each other and create a bond to ensure reaching those short and long term goals.
