Elite was very responsive. I asked for and received a visit within one day to assess the condition of my garage door opener and get a quote for upgrade/repair. The technician reviewed the options with me and provided a reasonable quote in real time. Affordable then scheduled repair and new opener installation the next day! The technician came as expected and completed the work. He then took me through the operations required to program and operate my new state-of-the-art system. Now fully operational! Great service and very responsive to my needs.

We had Elite garage door replace the gasket and weatherstripping around our garage door (mice had chewed through it). They responded immediately to my request and were very on top of getting out to our house to make the repairs as soon as the weather allowed since we had to wait a few weeks for the weather to warm up enough. The service was great, the price was reasonable, and the replaced parts look great. They will be my first call if we have another issue with our garage doors.

This morning we had a major emergency with my wife hitting our garage door with her car and causing some damage at the home we are about to move out of. Tech was over within 2 hours to help correct and coordinate what was some relatively significant damage. Plus figured out a way it would not be a fortune to fix so it will be back to running perfectly.
Bottom line is, this company is one stop shopping for anything. Very highly recommended!
