FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our first meeting is a FREE consultation which lasts about anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes. During that time we go over your goals, medical history, injuries, and movement screening. Once we establish the aforementioned, we devise a plan of action based on your needs & goals. My programs focus on both nutrition and fitness to give you the best possible results from YOUR program! Short program (5lb weight loss) lasts about 4-6 weeks. Ten pounds or more last longer, on average 12 to 36 weeks. Please reach out to see if we are a correct fit for each other. Should we be a good fit, we can discuss packages and pricing, no strings attached. Training sessions depend on your goals, motivation and your budget. Please note: We have a 24 hour rescheduling/cancellation policy. We value your time and ours, therefore session cancelled/rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will result in loss of the session. We do not provide refunds. Sessions need to be trained within the time frame specified. For example we started training on June 1, by June 31 all sessions need to be completed. Clients are encouraged to be proactive in scheduling their sessions in advance to secure their desired time slots.
