Anum did an AMAZING job with my professional headshots. I chose her because I liked her portfolio of work and her price was very reasonable. On the day of the shoot, I was 45 minutes late, but Anum was incredibly understanding and accommodating. When I arrived at her studio, she was friendly and dispelled any anxiety I had about the shoot. I normally hate having my picture taken, but she made me feel relaxed and comfortable, so much so that by the end of the shoot I wasn't even thinking about having my picture taken. She even helped me figure out my "signature pose." :-) At the end, she sat with me and went through all of the photos, helping me to select the ones I wanted edited. The final product was exactly what I was looking for. Cannot say enough about her professionalism, if you need any pictures taken, do not hesitate to book her!!!
Penny created some wonderful illustrations for a book proposal. She was incredibly responsive and the quality of her work is impeccable. The whole experience exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend Penny.
I requested an original piece on commission from Micah after the release of his novel Cult Of The Serpentari. It was his artwork therein that compelled me to do so--precisely the sexy, futuristic, fantasy aesthetic I was interested in. We discussed potential themes and color palettes in that broad sense, size of piece in particular, and fortunately for me, he had some designs in mind that he felt might be right up my alley. We checked in by phone a couple times during the process--as his natural creative flow moved him in new ways--and confirmed I was most excited to be privy to and recipient of his authentic expression, wherever that may lead. The final product was/is sheer perfection. I couldn't be happier with it, and visitors regularly comment on its delicious detail. I am proud and legitimately honored to own a unique work from such an inspired artist.

Born in Santa Cruz California, I moved to Los Angeles at the age of 18 to pursue an education in art and is currently in the process of completing his BFA, majoring in illustration at Cal State University in Long Beach. Primarily using oil paint, I create representational works in an attempt to capture the essence of an idea. Coming from a background in graffiti and tattoo art, break dancing, and the hip hop movement in general, I am interested in the exaggeration of movements and shapes, as well as the exaggeration of reality and creating images that go beyond what we're used to seeing.
