First off Alex responded within minutes of my quote. Second, he showed up on time to the job and arranged for my schedule third when he came. He was very friendly. He listened to the me explain the job and then gave his experienced analysis. He fixed the leaking elbow in the pipe changed a Pipe handle access. The sewer turned the water off explained how the water should be turned back on and gave an excellent price. I also showed him future work and he said he would follow up with me when I was ready thank you Alex. This was a job that was pain-free and I appreciate your work and your experience
