I asked Berry to help install a sink / dishwasher combo unit which required figuring out how to connect 2 sets of sink pipes to a badly located drain. In other words, a situation with challenging logistics. He asked many detailed questions beforehand, and came prepared with additional materials. He was punctual, very neat even with cutting up pipes and other materials, and clearly knows a lot about basic contracting. He is friendly and professional, and very responsive. Darren fixed a leaking connection under the kitchen sink and installed a new faucet. The connection had been leaking for a year (or more) and I finally convinced my landlord that a repair was needed. He was on time (actually early) and he knew exactly what needed to be done from the pictures I sent. He arrived with the necessary parts and did the job while we talked about food and sports and plumbing. I highly recommend Darren and I’m happy to add another 5 star review to his profile here.
