Jeremy is an excellent teacher. My daughter has benefited in more ways than I can count because of Jeremy. She has become more organized and is learning an advanced curriculum in both math and writing. He is a dedicated teacher and always makes sure my child's learning comes first. Now, instead of arguing with her to study for exams, she does so without hesitation. He gives me a summary of every lesson and explains what my daughter has been learning and what she can improve on. Overall, Jeremy is a excellent role model and plays a pivotal role in my daughter's life. I won't hesitate to hire him again for my second daughter if needed.

RSK Tutoring was so much better than expected. I honestly told RSK that he should be raising his rates for how much work, honesty, and compassion I was getting through his emails and work ethic. I would easily hire him again for future needs. His credentials are spot on.

It is a pleasure to work with Dillon. He was hired to teach piano to my two sons. He is very knowledgeable and patient to be working with 2 boys in back to back with piano lessons. He has made the process very fun for my kids and they like working with him. Also, after their piano lessons, he works with them on their reading and math skills to keep them current and help with their weak areas.

Michael is a very experienced teacher. We are developing a study plan for my teenage Chinese stepdaughter to master the English language. He spends hours preparing material for sessions with students that he tutors. He is patient and he understands the needs of non-English speaking Asian immigrants. He is truly a gentleman and shows great respect when he communicates with others, no matter what their age, race or nationality. Thank you, Michael, for all that you do.

10/20/15 I wanted to write a review about Cross Cultural Communications in regard to my Spanish lessons. I had tried to learn Spanish in Berlitz in Princeton, NJ years ago, and the program of learning grammar and memorizing words did not resonate with my learning ability. I wanted to learn the language of Spanish but also the culture. At Cross Cultural Communications I got a native speaking teacher that made the language learning more interesting combined with cultural knowledge. I learned and retained much more using this method and it keeps me coming back to learn more and more. The Westwood, NJ location is convenient for me and the pricing of the classes are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this center for Spanish language lessons combined with cultural learning. Dan has made a world of difference helping our 16 yo prepare for the SAT. I highly recommend Dan for students struggling with test anxiety and/or reading comprehension. Our daughter’s reading scores increased significantly with his help. Dan is a patient teacher and great at test-taking strategy, but what we appreciated most was the confidence he gave her for test day.

I hired Robert after reading his tutoring philosophy. My son, a consistent high honor roll student, was struggling with 10th grade algebra 2/ trigonometry honors. After the second semester assessment said he was in danger of failing we knew he wasn't going to catch up on his own. I had no idea how to find a tutor and stumbled on Thumbtack. Robert's breadth of knowledge, not just trig, is quite remarkable. He is a gifted teacher. He quickly assessed my sons deficiencies and set out to bring him up to speed. Over the next several weeks, with weekly sessions, Robert would assign my son work and explain the topics in a way that that he finally started to get it. The next step in their relationship was that Robert convinced my son that if he put in the work he was capable of much more than just getting by. Robert has never tried to "sell" us more sessions, there were weeks where he felt he wasn't needed and we would skip those weeks. The end result was a 96 on the Regents. Quite a turnaround for a student who was failing in January and was hoping to just get a passing grade on the Regents. Won't hesitate to bring him back into our home for any future challenges my son may face.

Being an international student in Boston I had quite a few difficulties with English, and so I have reached Lauren to help me out with writing and editing. Lauren is an extraordinary academic writer who writes artistically and passionately on subjects that matter. Most importantly, as a tutor she creates a warm, comfortable and patient environment and has helped me tremendously as a professional with writing and editing applications and different essays. She is an exceptional teacher and person and I would whole-heartedly recommend working with her.
