Cleaning floor grout is never an easy job, but exceptionally hard for seniors and people with disabilities. I tried all kinds of stand up hand held tools, but junk always built up on the grout, and I couldn't get on the floor to get up the blackened yuck.

I chose this company because they served Manhattan and Westchester, and the prices were reasonable and up front.

Randall was courteous, responded rapidly, and kept me updated on his ETA to my home. Being chemically sensitive, I was very happy that the cleaning supplies were human (and pet) friendly- I was anticipating chemical smell, but there was no smell at all.

I learned my grout is worn down (makes sense after over 20 years!), which is why some areas are porous magnets for absorbing dirt. At some point I'll be addressing that- for now, I just wanted it cleaned and sealed to repel the gunk. He worked very hard on the floor and in about 45 minutes the floor looked worlds better.

For anyone who wants to spare themselves the back breaking work and get it done quickly, I would recommend this company.

Randall was extremely accommodating! I booked with them less than 24 hours in advance and they were able to get the job done. I needed my rental apartment cleaned for inspection after construction and they left the apartment with no dust left in sight! I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family

Absolutely phenomenal work!!!! I booked a last-minute deep cleaning and Randall and Kelly delivered beyond my expectations! Each room in my apartment was cleaned very thoroughly from the ceiling to the floor and everything in between. They pay attention to detail. My entire apartment is completely spotless and glowing! Not a single speck of dust in sight. Thank you for the amazing work! I can rest easy knowing I found an amazing company to rely on for cleaning my home! I 10/10 recommend!

I would advise anyone thinking about having their carpet cleaned to call WestchesterCarpet Care. I was thrilled with the results. My carpet was dirty and we were going to replace it but decided to have it cleaned. He made it look like new!!!
