Introduction: We are IPMC, an emergency sercvices company. We are certified in mold remediation, water mitigation ( drying/extraction, etc ), fire cleanup, odor control, biohazard cleanup ( COVID, post-mortem, and hoarder ). We also have a rebuild department in order to perform rebuild after removals from mold remediation/water mitigation. We have state and national certifications. We are licensed for through NYS Dept of Labor. We work extremely close with the customer, giving them as much knowledge as possible, so they can make an informed decision. We work with adjusters and insurance companies and use xactimate pricing. We enjoy dealing with customers and setting them at ease. We als enjoy a challenge.

Was able to get hold of Lenny really quick. He took his time understanding the situation and explained me the whole process. Once i was sure what i needed they were quick setting up same day inspection appointment with expedited test result delivery. I am still waiting on the test results as the lab has some turn around time but IPMC did everything in their hand throughout the process.

I had a small area in my basement that had some water damage and the potential for mold growth. The work was explained to me and the rep, Robert, was pleasant and did a great job. Whenever he ran into traffic I was notified that he would be delayed. Professional job and was not charged for the extra day running the air filter since it fell on a Sunday.
