- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For walks, we offer 30, 45 and 60 minute walks in a private session or a semi-private session; which is never no more than three pups together. The prices do vary depending on which of these you choose (private or group), how many walk's in a week and for how long of a walk. We can customize a package if clients want more than five walks a week (2 times a day) or if a client wants mixed services for that week. We do offer a variety of services. If client's are interested in a FREE quote and meet & greet, feel free to contact us. For new client's we offer 10% off, and recurring client's are automatically enrolled in our Royalty Rewards program. Our members receive special discounts and gifts for their pups. Especially on his/her birthday. Clients love being apart of our Royalty Rewards program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free meet & greet. During that time we get to know the client's and their pet(s), while their pups sniff us out too. Once services are agreed on, we take our first walk. After the first walk, if a new customer is dissatisfied with the temperament of his/her canine such as abnormal behavior; they may feel free to contact our founder Elaine to make adjustments (maybe a different group or a different Walker). We try our best to accommodate to create happy clients but if there is no solution canceling services would be fine. If everything works out as planned like it always does then we continue with services as agreed and become Furever friends. Clients book weekly, hassle free. Their paws enjoy creating a special bond with the same pal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Founder Elaine carries our Business Certificate and Dog Handling License. All walkers including herself are Pet First Aid certified, have a history of dog handling and are dog owners themselves. Our team together holds more than 20 years of experience.
