I am a new Home Owner with a busy schedule. No time to do renovations. House was built in 1962 and never been updated. Gimlet Construction came in and Renovated the whole house . Their is no project they can’t handle.Their attention to detail was most impressive. Most importantly they always finished what they started. Thank you Gimlet Construction.Sep 1, 2019
Gimlet Construction did a full family room remodel with fireplace surrounded. The owner, Ryan, came in and showed us a plethora of ideas and samples. I knew I was going to like it, but their workmanship and quality far surpassed anything we expected. Most nights I come home.from a long day at work and just go to my place......Our new family room. Thanks Gimlet Construction, you were phenomenal to work with!Aug 31, 2019
Prompt response to the original inquiry and all subsequent communication. Very clear proposal and a fair price Ryan clearly understood what he was talking about. When we wanted to change something he was very accommodating. The job quality was excellent. I am sure to use him again and recommend him.Sep 29, 2019Verified
You really are getting the whole package with this company. They never cut corners, and will go out of their way to make sure that everything works proper. Ryan has even stayed after hours to make sure that all t’s are crossed, and i’s, dotted. He gets the job done right, and is personable with his clientele. You really get more than you paid for with this company.Sep 2, 2019
We loved working with Gimlet Construction for our renovation. They were very professional, courteous and clean! The owner was on site every day physically working and directing the project. They took care of every detail and were sticklers for quality. First rate contractor.Aug 31, 2019

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our pricing is considered fair by industry standards. Often times we won’t be the cheapest, but the old adage, “you get what you pay for” rings true when a home owner opts for the cheapest route and we invariably receive a phone call to fix the lowest bidders debacle. We are definitely not the highest with pricing, either. Mostly middle of the road.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? There is no typical process in working with a new customer as much as there is no typical process in working on a new project. Both are different each time and there is a feeling out process for each. Customers are unequivocally given the required respect and attention whether new or old and they are given thorough project information and processes for the project. They are kept informed and communicated with on a daily basis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? All of my education comes solely from on the job training. I am either self taught through trial and error or numerous trips to the library pre-internet age. When uncertain or in doubt, I eagerly sought the advice and counsel of the seasoned veterans of the trade. 22 years of construction, traveling nationwide, delving into multiple arenas and disciplines has provided me with a diverse and well rounded construction education. I am adept at performing residential, multi-family, commercial, retail and hospitality renovation projects.
