FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is considered fair by industry standards. Often times we won’t be the cheapest, but the old adage, “you get what you pay for” rings true when a home owner opts for the cheapest route and we invariably receive a phone call to fix the lowest bidders debacle. We are definitely not the highest with pricing, either. Mostly middle of the road.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is no typical process in working with a new customer as much as there is no typical process in working on a new project. Both are different each time and there is a feeling out process for each. Customers are unequivocally given the required respect and attention whether new or old and they are given thorough project information and processes for the project. They are kept informed and communicated with on a daily basis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my education comes solely from on the job training. I am either self taught through trial and error or numerous trips to the library pre-internet age. When uncertain or in doubt, I eagerly sought the advice and counsel of the seasoned veterans of the trade. 22 years of construction, traveling nationwide, delving into multiple arenas and disciplines has provided me with a diverse and well rounded construction education. I am adept at performing residential, multi-family, commercial, retail and hospitality renovation projects.
