- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a complimentary session and assessment where we address both the clients needs and goals. Our assessment covers the clients medical history, injury history, current diet, current supplements and medications the client is on and what the client had done in the past with regard to exercise. From there we take the client through a workout to see how they move and what they need to work on. After your session with the information gathered your trainer puts together a training program for your current level of fitness, your program will be aimed at progressing you week by week. During the program clients will check in bi weekly with measurements and photos to see how progress is coming along and to give your trainer insights into what adjustments they might need to make if progress has stalled.
