My experience with Phil has been great. I am going to Phil because I have to meet certain standards for a lateral promotion, if you will, in my law enforcement career. I have def gotten stronger and my endurance has improved. Phil's knowledge of physical training and the body is by far impressive. And even though i tell him that I hate him during my workouts sometimes, he's very personable and encouraging. I highly recommend Phil to anyone.

What really makes Phil stand out as a personal trainer is his attention to your personal goals, and his drive to help you achieve them. He works within your comfort zone and then pushes you out of it little by little to help you grow and succeed. He also has a way of making working out seem fun and exciting, instead of like work. I think it's important that you feel comfortable with your trainer and like they're fully invested in your success; with Phil, you'll always feel that way.

Phil is an amazing personal trainer! I'm a person who hates to work out but Phil makes the workouts fun and exciting. I've been working out with him for 9 months now and I love it. He motivates me by setting goals and providing me with feedback. Overall, Phil is an awesome trainer!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a bachelors degree in health and exercise sciences with a specialty in exercise physiology. I also have a variety of certifications including kettlebells and CrossFit level 1.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    I brought a 200 pound client who had no upper body strength and hated working out down to 135 pounds. Now she teaches her own boot camp class and can do 5 unassisted pull-ups. I couldn't be prouder.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    What are my goals? When do I want to reach them by? Is there anything I wouldn't do to reach this goal?
