What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price for resumes includes a professional resume and up to three draft reviews. (Note: A 1-page resume is recommended by recruiters.) Usually, my clients approve at the first draft stage.
A curriculum vitae is more involved than a resume; it is usually up to 3 pages (or more) and is an additional fee. Contact me for pricing.
A cover letter is an additional fee.
Rush jobs, which require shifting resources and personal time, are double the fee.
Any other additional services are an additional fee.
Here's my pricing for 20-page scrapbooks:
8x8 = $299, 8.5x11 = $350, 12x12 = $399
(includes album, embellishments, materials, prints up to 20, and labor)
Shipping and NYS residents tax added to invoice.
Scrapbooks usually take 3–4 weeks to make. Then, add 3 days for shipping.

Pricing for other projects depend on the scope of your project. Contact me to discuss. For all projects, I request a non-refundable half-deposit before work begins via zelle, venmo, cashapp, or PayPal.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a conference with the client, take notes, and LISTEN closely to what he or she wants. I often refer to these notes to keep me on track. This often leads to happy clients in the end. For example, with resumes and cover letters, usually my first draft wins because I'm a keen listener!
I do not write cookie cutter resumes! Resumes usually take 3–5 days, depending on my schedule and volume of workload. Your resume is a partnership, custom-made with careful thought and your input.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA in Journalism/Communications, Fordham University NYC. My degree in Journalism allows me to be inquisitive to capture the salient points that need to be featured in your resume or project!
Certificate in Copyediting/Proofreading, New York University NYC; worked in writing/editing/publishing/design industry for more than 25 years; Thumbtack Top Pro: 2015-Present.
