- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My price for resumes includes a 1-page professional resume and up to three draft reviews. (Note: A 1-page resume is recommended by recruiters.) Usually, my clients approve the first draft. A cover letter is an additional fee when combined with resume. Any other additional services would also be an additional fee. Rush jobs, which require shifting resources and personal time are also an additional fee. Here's my pricing for 20-page scrapbooks: 8x8 = $299, 8.5x11 = $350, 12x12 = $399 (includes album, embellishments, materials, prints up to 20, and labor) Shipping and NYS residents tax added to invoice. Scrapbooks usually take 3-4 weeks to make. Then, add 3 days for shipping. For invitation pricing and examples, go to my website. Click on Portfolio, then Click Here at the bottom of page. Pricing for other projects depend on the scope of your project. Contact me to discuss. For all projects, I request a non-refundable half-deposit before work begins via PayPal or QuickPay. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I have a conference with the client, take notes, and LISTEN closely to what he or she wants. I often refer to these notes to keep me on track. This often leads to happy clients in the end. For example, with resumes and cover letters, usually my first draft wins because I'm a keen listener! Resumes usually take 3–5 days.
