Hi, My son who is 8 years old recently started classes at Mind Your Body. He has never taken any formal instruction before. Since he was a tot he always had a desire to dance whenever he heard music either in the car, at social events or in our home. Since taking these lessons it gave him an opportunity to be creative, enthusiastic and confident expressing himself which is not incorporated in the other sports he currently participates in.. What I enjoy about this facility is that the instructors tailor the music and type of dance to my son's interests. They are dedicated professionals and we are very pleased to be at Mind Your Body! We worked with Brenda for a brief period to prepare my 10 year old daughter before a round of ballet auditions. My daughter had taken a few months break from dance, and Brenda was wonderful in helping her with specific areas she needed to focus on, to regain her confidence, and to look forward to getting back into the world of dance! My daughter felt very comfortable with her from the start and we were impressed with her responsiveness and professionalism, especially taking into account the need we had for a quick turnaround time. From our brief experience with Brenda, I would recommend her!

I can't say enough good things about max dance lessons.Max is very warm, welcoming, friendly and also an incredible dance teacher. He teaches you step by step so you dont feel overwhelmed and get to the steps very well. I have seen many dance teachers but none compare to max. I will deff br continuing my lessons. Well worth it

The instructor was patient and clearly explained the rationale for every step. I was very pleased that he took the time to make sure I understood how to dance the basic steps.

Even if you cannot dance at all, and you want to learn to tango, this is the place to go. They offer different levels, from beginners to advanced and are always so eager to help you advance. All the instructors are professional, but they make it fun. I always look forward to going, to learning, and to be greeted with such warmth. Carolina, Diego and Juan go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, and part of the tango family. Although it is taking lessons, you go hom feeling that you've had a great night out!

I've been taking dance lessons from Alexei for many years and find that each year gets more interesting in what I am able to achieve. He is the most patient, understanding and talented instructor I could hope to find. Although I don't take lessons from Lola, I can attest to her talent and patience also. Further, they are both genuinely interested in their students and the progress they make. I consider them super!

We are a non-recital dance studio in Central New Jersey. We've been family-owned for 55 years. We offer a warm-loving atmosphere, where dance is taught by professionals in the field, from basic preschool beginners through advanced teens. Adult classes are also available. Special-needs "buddy dance" classes are now exploding! Everyone has the chance to dance. Weekly, children with Down's Syndrome, autism, cerebral palsy, ADHD, ADD, dyslexia and more dance their way through classes with buddy assistants and the creator, Robin Kaye. Everyone involved has so much fun, and we all learn from one another how to share our love and passion of dance.
