My husband and I used RJC Studios for our wedding DJ/MC, lighting, and photobooth. During the planning process, Robert was both extremely professional but also fun and easy to talk to. He had lots of print-outs with general wedding planning advice which really shows that he cares about his clients and he got really excited about my lighting ideas which made ME really excited! Everything was flawless on my wedding day (10/22/2016). We had to do the ceremony inside due to rain, but the mic was perfect and there was no audio feedback or problems. The cocktail hour music played exactly as I wanted it to and at a perfect volume. The main banquet room looked GORGEOUS and I am forever grateful for Robert for creating the starry night/galaxy ceiling that I had wanted so badly. It was SO cool, everyone loved it, and I can't wait to see the photos! The actual DJ/MC portion went perfectly as well, the music was always on-point and exactly what we wanted. For our first dance, we wanted one or two lines from the song "Everlong" by the Foo Fighters to be ... magically "erased". I don't know what to call it, but he knew exactly what I meant and just magically took it out. It made the song even more beautiful and I really appreciated how willing he was to do anything we needed. Craig the MC was incredibly friendly, helpful, and funny. I thought I would have to coordinate things like the order of people for reception introductions, but he came out and did it for me. Really nice having him there and his MC'ing was great, he even made some small announcements when asked to alert people to some of the extra little activities we had. The photobooth was also the highest quality one I've ever been in. The lighting was very flattering (trust me, very important) and they could print several strips so everyone was sure to get one. Robert showed me how we could use a green-screen and give our guests two options-- one with a galaxy background for normal people and one with Star Wars backgrounds for the nerds in our lives (our theme was space/galaxy so we wanted to have some nerdy elements in the details). Let me tell you, I am so thankful he gave me that choice because people had a total blast with it!! The staff gave us the photobooth-guestbook the night-of, a black high-quality album that we got to look at the next morning over coffee. Absolutely money well-spent. The photobooth operator ladies were also super polite and fun and were very tolerant of our crazy loud and drunk guests. I appreciate that. :) Overall, I have 0 negative things to say about RJC Studios. The price was right within our budget and they deserve much more. I am so grateful that Robert came to me through thumbtack because he helped make the best night of my life beautiful and fun and made the process stress-free. Thank you for everything, Robert!

Working with Vince was awesome! It was my first time in a studio recording for my podcast and he made me and my host feel comfortable. The audio is truly A1, and Vince really cares about your project coming out right. I will definitely be back.
The first time I used Simcha's basement I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I spoke to the owner/engineer over the phone to schedule my session a couple days prior. She seemed very nice over the phone. When I arrived,I was treated with same respect that i received over the phone. The equipment at the studio is of the highest quality. The engineer is super nice and easy to work with; she is extremely knowledgeable. My band and I will continue to use this studio for our future recording needs. I highly recommend Simcha's Basement for anyone, or any band who's looking for high quality audio engineering at a reasonable price.
Very good production of music. Not wasting your time. Gives you your money’s worth. High quality use of sound. Gives good feedback.
I enjoy coming to this -- my neighborhood recording studio -- to record voiceovers for my clients in the publishing, commercial advertisement, and software app industries. It's a comfortable environment with a friendly staff that knows the business very well. They are patient and give great feedback about your performance in the booth.

I cannot say enough about recording here. The entire experience was great from the start; the equipment is top-notch--and working with the owner was a pleasure. I highly recommend this studio for anyone wanting to record their future projects in a highly professional and comfortable setting.
Tony was great! I had to a short voiceover and he made MP3 and WAV files and I sent them off to great success. He's friendly and professional. He has a sound studio in his beautiful apt in Washington Heights. I'd use him again definitely.
Rob was excellent to work with! I recently recorded a single with him with his project rate where I brought in a finished song and we took it from pre-production through tracking & mixing. Rob helped me to realize the sound that I had been looking for with my music all while demonstrating efficient use of time and resources. I felt very comfortable working with him and his space was conducive to ample creativity. I look forward to working with him again!
I’ve been working with Taqa Entertainment for many years now. They are professional in every aspect, and it doesn’t hurt that they are also the most TALENTED group I’ve worked with. From music production, engineering (mixing and top notch mastering), Taqa Ent has gone above and beyond to provide Sound Quality. As a seasoned artist, I can vouch for their work 100% — You will never be disappointed with their multi-service business.
I have known Scott for almost 40 years. He is a very thoughtful and talented musician/audio engineer/production specialist. From music lessons to studio recording and live sound, Scott puts his heart into every project he undertakes. Highly recommended
Our company, World Events Forum, hired Joe (JFu) to record a 2.5 conference in Arlington, VA. His punctuality, follow up on all requests, professionalism and, yes, standing (literally and figuratively) for the duration of the event makes him our only choice for any event we coordinate/plan/organize in the DC area. Reliability is key - Joe will be there to connect with the audio visual company, cover all aspects of videography and deliver an impeccable product. Bravo!!!
Very simply.... You come with an idea, Tony will make it happen. Full production studio, don't be fooled by its size. BIG SOUND, you can't beat the value. Cost you $$$$$$ thousands anywhere else. Tony does it all. Mix mastering, you'll have a kick as song/album when you leave.
Saga Legin service and professionalism is great. He has worked on my 3 latest singles 'Smooth Operator, Running Man, and 'Sure Ya Right' that are getting good feedback on fm/satellite radio and major blog sites like Thisis50. He is currently working on my fourth single 'Addiction and Overdose' that will be another hit record due to his experience as a top notch engineer. If you need that professional and quality sound like a Jay Z song then I recommend Saga Legin!!
Working with Phil was my first experience with music production, and it gave me a very good basic understanding of the process. Phil explained things very well and demonstrated the concepts to make sure I understood how everything was working. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to learn more about producing.
