Chef Chris was professional, punctual, and helped me host the most amazing dinner party for my mom‘s birthday in the Hamptons. He created a fantastic menu and was able to accommodate all dietary restrictions while keeping the meal, smooth, consistent, and absolutely delicious. He is not only a delight to work with, but incredibly easy to coordinate with. He was such a pleasure to have in the kitchen, helped me prepare the table and made me feel at ease, even though it was very probable that our outdoor celebration might get ruined by the rain. 12 out of 10 if you’re hosting a dinner party in the Hamptons or in Aspen, he is your guy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone for any occasion.

An incredible meal by an incredible chef. I hired Chris to cook dinner for my wife's 29th birthday (it was just the two of us) at our apartment. He was right on time with all the right equipment, and he made use of our kitchen in ways we never knew our kitchen wanted to be used. He made the pasta (ricotta and Parmesan gnudi) from scratch, cooked the filet Mignon perfectly, and finished it all off with a beautiful chocolate avocado pudding. Heck, even the Caprese salad was amazing (he made the blackberry balsamic vinaigrette from scratch), and I hate salad. What's even better is that Chris worked with me to customize the menu (meat for me, spicy and vegetarian for my wife), and he really included my wife in making the pasta with him, because I told him how much she loves cooking lessons and being a part of the process. Overall, an amazing night that my wife is still bragging about to her friends and family. Guys, if you need to win some brownie points with your girl or guy, Chris is the brownie mix. The food will be great, and Chris is super friendly and fun so the entire experience will be fun, too. Highly recommend for date nights and special occassions.

My husband and I hired Chef Chris to treat my (at the time future) in-laws to a relaxing dinner in their home as our wedding gift to them. Chris worked with them to create their ultimate menu and the results were nothing less than superb! They raved about the food, Chef Chris's skill in the kitchen, and how wonderful he was to work with. We would hire him again in a New York minute!

This was my first time hiring a chef and let me just say that Chef Chris exceeded all expectations. From the start he was very responsive via email and was able to accommodate a group of women, all with different dietary needs. He tailored the menu perfectly based on everyone’s diets, which was wonderful. He arrived on time and began cooking right away. We started with some passed bites then moved on to a salad and GF pasta (which was amazing), then enjoyed our main dish and dessert. Every single item was soooo delicious. We were all so impressed with everything from start to finish. It was the perfect way to end our bachelorette weekend. I am already trying to come up with another event to hire him for. 5 stars all around, highly recommend!!
