We offer Private Multi-Course Tasting Menus, Cocktail Parties, Full Service Catering , Private Chef and Personal Chef Services for New York and the tri state area. NY Catering Service is New York's premier caterer and personal chef service; We have been featured on several major publications, talk shows, the food network and several other avenues. Chef Chris Nirschel has worked at Michelin Star restaurants around the country and specializes in sourcing seasonal, local farm fresh ingredients, working with local fisheries and butchers while creating custom menus for gourmet experiences. My husband had the most amazing party for his 50th birthday. Chef Chris suggested menu items for our event which were delicious. All my guests raved about the food. Chef Chris and his staff are the best.

Chef Chris was exactly what we needed for our work stay! The entire process of booking was simple, seamless, and efficient! Chef Chris has great communication and was able to accommodate our needs for our mid size dinner party of 10 people! We decided to book for our work trip, and luckily for us, he travelled about 3 hours away to meet us at our airbnb! He was able to work with the supplies we currently had, and when we realized we were missing items( oil, booze, etc), he and his assistant (also named Chris :)) ran to the store, and dinner was served at 6 o’clock on the dot! The entire experience of cocktail hour, hors d oeuvres, and dinner was magical. Coming from being surrounded by VERY particular coworkers, everyone was delighted, and raved on and on about their favorite dishes when the experience was completed! Some of our favorite dishes prepared included: Butternut Squash & Ancho Chile Bisque Shooters, Thai Chicken Skewers, and the Espresso Rubbed Filet Mignon yum!! Chris squared left the kitchen spotless, and it was left better than they found it! The kitchen was twinkling! This experience was absolutely one the best, and Chef Chris definitely made sure my coworkers and I felt comfortable and well fed in our home away from home! If you’re looking to kick your feet up and enjoy an incredible dining experience then NY Catering Service is for you. Chef Chris was highly responsive via thumbtack, email, and text. He worked closely with us to curate the perfect menu for my cousin’s bachelorette weekend. Chef Chris’s hors d’oeuvres, salad, main course and dessert were all generous portions and absolutely delicious. His partner Alex served incredible cocktails as well. This duo was very professional, prompt, and cleaned up as if they were never there after the meal. I would 10/10 recommend this service.
