- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All customers can check our standard delivery menu with the pricing on our website. We have a minimum of 6 people per dish and $150 minimum per order. We have a 10% service charge that includes plates, napkins, utensils, condiments, table cloth, transportation, packing material, and administrative services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our processes begins with a phone call, we like to speak with potential clients to get a good sense of their needs; dietary, flavor profile, set up and past successes. Our menus are build so that the client is able to give us their order right away, or we are happy to assist in building a more custom menu. Either method is in place to ensure the proper portions are prepared and expectations are exceeded.

Chef George Lichvar has over 15 years of experience in corporate catering. His menus are built to feature the best seasonal ingredients and freshest locally sourced products.
