- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet our prospective client to do a consultation where we ask some personalized questions to see if we are right for each other. *As part of booking with us ,we provide you with 1 consultations where we discussed important details all depending and logistics. *We accept emails and texts with any questions and small changes needed. * We do a thorough walkthrough the venue and work last minute logistics changes. * Coordinate with vendors and review contracts. Negotiate rates if needed. * On the day of the event you can expect that we will be on time and alert so that you can have a wonderful event worry-free. * We have an emergency kit with everything we might need to guarantee your event success. *We are there through break down and we make sure your items are returned to the designated person.
