- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour, but each event is unique so I like to deal with each host individually. Please feel free to be in touch and I can get right back to you with a quote
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial email I love to speak on the phone with my customer to confirm that we have all the details correct and I have a sense of the feel they are going for in the event. Then I email a booking form to confirm everything. Two days before the event. I just check in to assure the client we are all set and to ask if there are any last minute changes I need to be aware of . I arrive early at the event with a festive/professional look and attitude. My goal is to bring lots of fun and to lower the stress level of every host.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a professionally certified makeup artist and have studied face painting with some of the best artists in the world such as, Athena Zhe, Pashur, Jay Batista and Mark Reid to name a few.
