I hired Mariana as a day of coordinator for my wedding reception. I had not met Mariana until the day of my wedding but on that day she really pulled through and helped me out. Mariana always responded to my questions and even helped me locate a church for the wedding ceremony in the beginning days of my planning. She is a really friendly, sweet and an approachable person. Mariana was wonderful from start to finish coordinating my wedding the day of. Although I was having a small wedding I did not want to be overwhelmed by anything that could go wrong the day of. Mariana is AMAZING!! She supported me in coordinating the details of my wedding 2 weeks prior thru to the final day and was a total God-send!! Not only did she ease my stress by helping me work thru last minute details but she also helped me problem solve our run of show for the wedding (with 2 young step kids and 5 kids in the wedding, I needed a hand!) On the big day she was EVERYTHING you could want in a coordinator and more. So calm and reassuring!! And totally kind and caring to everyone involved. The day was absolutely perfect (she probably planned the weather because it was divine!) and our reception ran beautifully, start to finish. I’m so thankful that I found Mariana on thumbtack!!     Wedding Planning services starting at $1250.00 DAY OF COORDINATION Many couples have their vision well in hand and are just looking to have someone on hand the day of so that they can best use their time relaxing and enjoying the moment with friends and family. On the wedding day, the role of the ‘DAY-OF’ Coordinator is to ensure that your plans are carried out smoothly, any that any problems that may arise are handled quickly and discreetly. This also means you can arrive to a perfectly set up ceremony and reception, since we will have already arrived in advance to make sure everything is set up properly. Essentially, we pull the pieces of the puzzle together, and bring your vision to life. Some highlights of the package include: Act as liaison between all the vendors and the bride/groom on the day of the wedding. This will enable the bride/groom to enjoy the day instead of having to chase after vendors. Organize and distribute items such as flowers and programs for the ceremony. Coordinate / line up all members of the bridal party/ family, and be ready to queue the music and keep the processional flowing as planned. After the ceremony has finished, we will ensure the guests are quickly ushered to the reception venue and the wedding party is escorted to the appropriate place for photos to begin. Supervise all vendor set-up and answer any questions that may arise. We will ensure that the bride, groom, and all vendors are informed in advance of each event (grand entrance, 1st dance, champagne toast, cake cutting, garter toss, etc.). Handle all unexpected situations such as extra guests arriving, missing place cards, seating arrangement issues, etc. We will ensure an overall smooth, happy and stress-free event for all. MONTH-OF COORDINATOR PACKAGE $2000.00 This package provides the couple with the most hands-on approach to their wedding planning and ensures that the couple’s vision, ideas, and wishes are met fully and completely, with the details and minutiae seen to with the utmost care and highest standards. The MONTH-OF Coordinator Package will commence about 4 weeks prior to the wedding day. To get familiar with your wedding plans, we recommend that 1-2 meetings are scheduled to go through the itinerary, last minute details and what has been discussed with vendors. These meetings are vital to communicate your vision and expectations for your special day. Along with this preparation is having the wedding coordinator present at your wedding rehearsal, so that everyone is on the same page when it comes to the ceremony. Some highlights of the package include: Review contracts for each vendor the client has chosen to hire: DJ’s, photographers, videographers, limousine, bakery, florist, photo booth, performers, etc. Create a detailed timeline incorporating the vendors’ schedules and their own timeline for the entire duration of the wedding. The bride, groom, their families, the photographer and DJ should approve the timeline to ensure everyone is in sync.     After being contacted thru Thumbtack and we schedule our free phone call consultation the following steps are taken • Obtain as much information as possible about the visions of the event • Discus, the colors scheme, theme, décor etc • Draft and invoice and send it to the client for review • Obtain the deposit 50% of the total • Constant Email Communication To answer any questions, concerns, the bride, couple, etc should have • I become the point of contact for the vendors • Balance should be paid the week of the Event (if it’s only day of Coordination or Wedding Planning) If décor has been requested payment should be done 2 weeks prior the event
