What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Science always grows and evolves. Never stop asking questions.
"Never stop asking questions, and you'll never be old" - Albert Einstein
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was extremely bored of working in pharmaceuticals and the biotechnology industry. Bodybuilding was my passion.
Friends and family always asked me "Whoa! How can I look like you!"
So I would train them.
Their buddies would ask me "Whoa! How can I look like them!"
So I trained them, for a fee.
7 years later, I've transformed and touched about 80 lives in New York City.
That feels good!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Smile. Hand them a towel and a glass of water. Make sure they have the best experience ever at the end (or start) of their day.
Work sucks, play time shouldn't!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am particularly proud of my client Jenny. I encouraged and stuck on her like white on rice to follow her diet, and now she not only has reached her goal, she has surpassed it! She also has any amazingly defined back.
So proud of her!
Oh, and my client Caitlin! She did a 10 minute plank! Go Caitlin!!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Come to me only if you are ready for some serious changes in your lifestyle. Remember, this is a lifestyle change, not just a once in a while thing!
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish my customers all understood that it is all about discipline and consistency. You can be as intense as you want in one day, but bring that fire to me day in and day out not just one day.
